As America's largest discussion program on world affairs, this series offers a dynamic platform for understanding and addressing the most critical global issues facing the nation. The program model is comprehensive, involving reading the Great Decisions Briefing Book, watching the enlightening video series, and actively participating in Discussion Groups. This year's series is particularly compelling, featuring a curated selection of eight topics chosen by a panel of experts. The diverse topics include U.S. foreign policy, the United States' relationship with China, India's ever-increasing role on the world stage, international cooperation on climate change, the future of NATO and European security, AI and the challenges it provides to American national security, and the Middle East's condition following the destruction in Gaza. The series kicks off with an in-depth exploration of Mideast Realignment, setting the stage for an immersive and insightful journey into the complex world of global affairs.
